CALCULATION STRUTURES

Structures can be widely branched or completely simple (boiler houses, larger settlements or just one multi-apartment building down to individual units). Calculations can be prepared both at the primary and secondary level, according to various parameters with real or virtual meters.

Primary calculations

Billings are prepared quickly and accurately. We simply import the measurements, review the warnings and errors, finalize it, and send it to the recipient.

Based on primary meters (real and virtual) between buildings and settlements.

Secondary calculations
Secondary calculation based on the meter in accordance with the legal regulations (minimum 20% per m2, i.e. 80% per meter; maximum consumption 300% and minimum 40% of average consumption).

CALCULATION BILLINGS

Billings are prepared quickly and accurately. We simply import the measurements, review the warnings and errors, finalize it, and send it to the recipient.
In case of errors in measurements or missing data, the program offers several quick solutions:

  • Calculate consumption the same as the previous month (taking into account the main meter).
  • Calculate consumption the same as the same month in the previous year (taking into account the main meter).
  • Calculate consumption from the average of the previous 3 months.
  • Calculate consumption based on the average consumption of the building.
  • Calculate consumption based on minimum consumption (40% of the average consumption of the building).
  • Calculate consumption based on m² and possible penalties (if the meter is not installed due to the owner’s fault).

COST STRUCTURE AND CALCULATION

  • Billing of own costs to end users based on units, meters, etc.
  • Export of billing costs by buildings, units, neighborhoods.

  • Transmission of cost billing to property managers and end users.

  • Integration with ERP systems.

METER READINGS IMPORT

Readings can be imported in various ways using:

  • REP files,

  • XML files,

  • WEB server.

By legislation (Energy Efficiency Act (ZURE) – EED regulation), all meters must be read remotely by January 1, 2027.

The program enables the direct integration of two-meter reading devices:

  • iOne, which allows direct reading from meters (C-mode, T-mode) and also network readings (S-mode, C-mode, T-mode). The reading frequency can be monthly, weekly, daily, or even every 15 minutes.
  • DMG 6 by Qundis allows direct reading from meters (C-mode, T-mode). The reading frequency can be monthly, weekly, or daily.

PORTAL

End users who register on the iCounters portal can access billing data for water consumption, energy used for heating/cooling, and hot water consumption. They can review their consumption, distribution calculations, and compare their usage with the building’s average.
